In-House Trade Services
Renovation Electrical in Dandenong & South-East Melbourne
Good lighting and well-placed power make a renovated bathroom or kitchen work properly. ASA Tiling’s in-house electrical team handles the rough-in before tiling and the fit-off afterwards, so downlights, LED strips, exhaust fans, heated towel rails, cooktop circuits and power points are all planned into the job rather than added as an afterthought.

Is electrical work done before or after tiling?
Both. Cabling and rough-in are done before waterproofing and tiling, then lights, fans, power points and towel rails are fitted off once the tiling and grouting are finished.
Can you add underfloor heating to my bathroom?
Yes. Electric underfloor heating mats are laid before tiling and connected to a thermostat as part of the renovation.
Do I need a new circuit for an induction cooktop?
Often yes. Induction cooktops and many ovens need a dedicated circuit, which we install as part of a kitchen renovation.
